BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Place 1-2 teaspoon of the dried organic herbs mix in 1 cup purified boiling water.
Cover and steep for 11-17 minutes. Strain and before drinking take 3 deep breathe(pull through your nose, release through your mouth) Recommend dose 2x a day. Make sure to drink lots of room temperature water 1 hour after for the rest of the day.
