Due to the type of products being sold, we do not accept NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION. All sales are final.

We at Aura Boutiqk is not responsible for lost products. we ask that you make sure mailing, physical and P.O BOXES are correct before placing orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your orders  upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ONLY STORE CREDIT MAY APPLY UPON FUTURE ORDER. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All products sold cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized spiritual and feminine packages, and personal care goods (such as beauty, and yoni products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
