White sage (salvia apiana) is one of the sacred plants traditionally used by Native Americans to purify and cleanse negative energies. It was used by our ancestors in ceremonies for its powerful properties.

How to use:
To cleanse negative energy of a space, home or business...
-When smudging make sure to have proper ventilation (doors and window) to allow the smoke to carry any unwanted energy collected. when smudging a prayer is highly recommended(prayers, psalms).
BUSINESS: Make sure a window or door is opened so unwanted energies or entities can exit. Begin saging on one side of the home, space or business, making sure every corner and room is smudged. when all room is smudged then return to the begin point, chanting or praying for an extra minute or so.
CLEANSE ONE'S SELF OR TOOLS: Rotate sage 3x around crown(head) while moving in a downward position. (removing).
TO PURIFY YOUR SPIRITUALITY:MEDITATION: begin using the sage from feet to head and then to your back.
